YTDesk is operated by Sambhav Aggarwal doing business as YTDesk. Our website is https://ytdesk.co. We provide a YouTube analytics SaaS platform for faceless creators.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including email addresses and contact and authentication data when you register, sign in, or contact us. We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health or biometric data) as part of our services.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to operate, maintain, and improve YTDesk; to authenticate you; to communicate with you about your account and our services; to process payments through our payment processor; and to comply with legal obligations. We process data only as described in this policy and for the purposes we disclose to you.

We share information with service providers who help us run YTDesk, including hosting and infrastructure (see below). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

• Payments: Lemon Squeezy processes payments for subscriptions.
• AI: We may use Anthropic to power certain AI features.
• Hosting & database: Vercel and Supabase.

5. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?

Yes. YTDesk may include AI-powered features (for example, insights or recommendations). Inputs you provide may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) as described in this policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed in connection with these features.

6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you choose to sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive information from Google as permitted by your Google account settings and Google's terms. That information is used to create and secure your account. Please review Google's privacy policy for how Google handles your data.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

We and our infrastructure providers may process and store data in locations including the United States and Singapore, depending on how our services are deployed. By using YTDesk, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. Generally, we retain data as long as you have an account. After you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

YTDesk is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. 12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. There is no uniform industry standard for recognizing DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
